Great Location! Cozy Two Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Middlebury

Boho Chic and freshly redecorated apartment in the heart of Middlebury. Walking distance to campus, the athletic fields, downtown and 5 minutes drive from Porter Hospital. Beautiful shared backyard with fire-pit, which is all yours, if the main house is not rented simultaneously. It may be rented in addition to the main house for special events like Graduation or Homecoming. A lovely home base for leaf-peeping, apple picking, skiing at the Snow Bowl, or hiking in the summer. Clean and well decorated, we think it is a little slice of heaven!

This is a very stylish home. I really enjoyed the peaceful and well appointed apartment. The bath products, linens and general vibe were elevated. I appreciated ice bags in the freezer, too. The gym is really nice, as well.

Perfect spot to land for college tours

We were in Vermont to visit Middlebury and the University of Vermont with our daughter, a prospective student. This apartment was centrally located, well appointed and chic. A great place to stay!

This was an excellent property from which to explore Middlebury. Only a short walk to campus and town. Spotless with high quality furnishings. The owner was terrific and very helpful with great recommendations.

The Perfect Stay

We cannot say enough about our stay this past weekend for Midd Graduation. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were beautifully appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The short distance to campus was also an added plus! Drey and Jennifer were extremely easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible during a busy and hectic weekend. If we were returning to Middlebury we would certainly love to stay again!

Gymtastic

An immaculate apartment with a well-outfitted personal gym. Both the gym and the apartment are thoughtfully furnished and carefully maintained. In addition to a Peloton bike the gym includes a nice collection of dumbbells, a great bench, stretching tools, and balancing equipment. Everything from the Nespresso machine in the kitchen to the Bosu ball in the gym seem new, shiny clean, and well kept up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
