Charming, traditional, clean 2 bdr, 1 bath house in convenient and quiet Eastside SB neighborhood. Comfortable front porch and back yard. Beautifully decorated with two Queen sized beds, excellent flat screen TV, sound system, wireless internet and central heating and air conditioning. Perfect for quarantining!

Easy access to everything. 20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to downtown Santa Barbara restaurants and shops, the Mission and museums, and easy driving distance to the beach, hiking trails, and the Santa Barbara wine country.
Other things to note
30-day minimum stay due to Santa Barbara rules and regulations. Guide book with suggestions for restaurants, wine tasting, recreation, etc. available once a reservation is accepted.
