Listing was a scam

Property host never sent check in information nor did they answer any questions. The phone number listed was for someone who wasn’t even associated with the property so you couldn’t even talk anyone. Needless to say we weren’t able to actually stay there due to no communication from the host. Vrbo was useless in getting us a place to stay. Their guarantee turned out to be the biggest joke. They did nothing to find us a place to stay but we’re going to give us credit for future stays. So we were stranded 3 1/2 hours from home with no place to stay the first weekend in July but hey we have credits towards future trips. Do yourself a favor go to some other travel site to book your stay. I was out a few hundred dollars and had to spend an additional $300 just to find a place for us
