Welcome to Rockport's Hidden Gem! This gorgeous, spacious home in Bahia Bay has it all! This vacation home includes a canal front, a private dock measuring 800 square feet, a green light for night fishing, a boat lift, dockage for two additional boats, and a fish cleaning station. In addition to that, guests have access to a free kayak.

Inside, you'll be greeted by opulent furnishings and calming decor inspired by the coast. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all open to one another, making it an ideal entertaining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals or make a batch of margaritas, including stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook. Relax on the covered patio while you fire up the grill with the fresh catch of the day.

In the bonus game room, you'll find plush sofas, many games suitable for children and adults, a lighted shuffleboard, and a cocktail arcade machine with 412 original versions of classic arcade games from the 1980s! In addition, there is a massive television measuring 75 inches. This room is ideal for getting everyone together to watch the big game or have a movie night.

Sleeping up to eleven guests you will have sweet dreams wherever you lay your head for the night. The primary bedroom comes complete with a king-sized sleep number bed as well as an ensuite bathroom that features both a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. A king-sized bed can be found in the second bedroom. There is a queen bed in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed as well, and the fifth bedroom, has a twin and full size bed.

This home is just minutes away from all the fun that Rockport-Fulton offers, such as excellent fishing, sailing, birding, shopping, art activities, sightseeing via boat or land, museums, festivals and more! If you are looking for a great home with lots of space to accommodate a family gathering with kids, this is the perfect place. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and get on our boat and the game room was a big hit for our teenage kids. We will definitely be back to book this home again.

Great Place

This place is great because it’s one story. Some of us struggle physically climbing a lot of stairs. It’s also nice that there are so many bed rooms. A/C worked great willing is also a plus.

Awesome getaway

Everything about the home was great! There was pretty much everything you need to enjoy the weekend without any issues. Location was great as well. The only issue is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the deck in the back had all the nails sticking out. We had a few cuts and trips on them. Other than that everything was fine.
