This house is filled with old world charm, with modern renovations. Enjoy the evening breezes on the wraparound porch, or read a book on the window seat in the living room. The dining table fits 8 comfortably, but could do 10. There is a new weber grill and a patio with an umbrella table. It is a 5 minute walk to a lot of great restaurants and only 1 mile to first beach, Cliff Walk and the downtown waterfront.

My husband and I bought this house 2 years ago and spent a year renovating. Our daughter lives in Barrington so it was a perfect spot for a vacation home for family and friends. We love Newport! There is so much to do. Just taking a walk on the picturesque streets or a lovely bike ride to the beach are all part of the fun.

I love the charm of this house. There is so much personality! Sitting on the porch on a summer evening is one of my favorite things. I love that you can walk to restaurants at night. There is really every kind of shopping, cuisine...any activity you can think of...it is here! Exploring the mansions, or a bike ride along the coast, concerts of all types...it is endless!
