About this property

Wow! - Panoramic View -- Direct Oceanfront

Our condo is a Direct Oceanfront, not an Oceanview, and it has a panoramic view of the ocean and wide sandy beach. It is located in Admirals Row, which is one of the closest villa's to the beach on Hilton Head Island. One can sit on our balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning, the beach and dolphins during the day and hear the fantastic ocean sounds during the day and night.
It is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, and
two bunk beds for youths, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove,microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. We have two brand new flat screen TV;s. One is in the bedroom and one is in the front room. There is also a DVD and CD player in the front room. We have free internet service. Our unit is handicap accessible with ramp and elevator. There is also 24 hour security with a security gate.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort has many assets: two swimming pools, (the largest on the island), ten lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, on site bike rentals, picnic area with grills, a playground for kids with a basketball court, a sports bar with restaurant, a pool side bar and grill and a general store.
The Island offers so much:Over 170 restaurants, 26 golf courses, (36 courses near by), great shopping (more than 500 specialty shops). One can go deep sea fishing, kayaking, sailing, Windsurfing, Hiking, Biking, Museums, Wildlife Viewing, Dolphin Cruises.

The view from the balcony couldn't be beat. This condo is very close to the beach boardwalk and to the washers, which was helpful since we traveled with young children. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a small family

Joe was absolutely amazing to work with. He was always readily available for any questions prior to our trip. You couldn’t beat the views of the ocean! It was perfect proximity to a lot of things around Hilton Head. We will definitely be back!

Ocean front

We loved seeing the ocean just off the balcony and hearing the waves. We walked out onto the beach every day and soaked up the sun and sand. So close to the beach!!!! We would without a doubt stay here again.

Perfect location

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. It is always clean and well supplied. The owner always checks in after we arrive to make sure everything is okay. The view from the balcony is spectacular and it is literally steps to the beach. This is always our first choice when we come to Hilton Head.

Amazing Ocean Front Villa at Hilton Head Island.

This oceanfront villa has an excellent view of the ocean/beach, is a short walk to the beach and was well appointed to what was needed during our stay even beach chairs. This resort itself has many amenities including; access to multiple pools, on-site restaurants, tennis courts and very easy access to the islands biking trails. I would highly recommend this villa if you want a very relaxing stay at HHI with great oceanfront views (sunset, sunrise).

A beautiful piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Joe's ocean front condo, the view was amazing and we had all of the amenities of home!! The bed was so comfortable!! We stayed out on the deck a lot because of the view and breeze another nice amenity was having an elevator outside our room and the laundry facilities close!! Joe was an amazing host even wished us safe travels ❤️

Location, Location, Location!

This 1 bedroom villa is closest to the ocean as you can get! The balcony is perfect for early morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a meal. The ocean waves are rolling in directly in front of you with no obstructions. The owner keeps the villa stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. He also stays in contact to make sure there are no problems and that you have everything you need. We have stayed here many times over and are always pleased.

Ocean Beauty

We've stayed in this unit numerous times, and it's always perfect! Pretty much everything you would need during a 1 or 2 week stay is at your disposal. The view can't be beat! The ocean is right out your balcony, just steps away. The owner has been replacing things as needed, and the property management keeps the exterior updated as well. So even though the building is old, it's not very obvious. We know just because we've been staying at the resort for 0ver 20 yrs. Try it. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was great. Location was awesome. Very close to ocean, restaurants, and food markets. The place was very "cozy". Not a lot space, but great for a couple with 1 or 2 children. For tge price, you can't go wrong.

Summer Vacation

This is a great unit. The bed and sofa are both comfortable. The ocean view is beautiful. The condo looked really well stocked in the kitchen but I didn’t personally use anything but the microwave and refrigerator. I have stayed in many units at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort and this is one of the most well thought out units to make use of space and comfortable. I hope to return in the near future.

Judy and I live in Southern Indiana. Hilton Head Island is a one day drive from our home. In one day we can be in beautiful Hilton Head South Carolina which is one of the most creative landscaped islands in the country. Our Ocean front villa is located in Admirals Row which is one of the closest units to the ocean in Hilton Head. We can be in our front room or balcony and see and hear the Atlantic ocean and be able to be on the beach in one minute.

Why they chose this property

The first time we visited Hilton Head Island, we loved it. It is a laid back community that is very well designed with great trees and magnificent landscape through out the Island. There is so much to do with Fantastic Restaurants, shopping areas, and Awesome golf courses

Our villa is one of the closest units to he ocean in Hilton Head The view is fantastic. To sit on our Balcony and watch the sunrise in the mourning, the beach and dolphins during the day and the fantastic ocean sounds all day and night.
