Enjoyed my vacation!

Love this place! Would stay again. Reasonably priced also good location from the beach as well as other entertainment locations. My family loved this place so much they wanted to stay longer.

Our location is so close to everything but in a quiet area and our beach isn't crowded! We are right in front of Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn and down the street from Pleasure Pier. Thanks for staying with us!

Donna explains this property great. The pictures are exactly what we walked into. Communication was fantastic as well. We really liked how quiet it was and convenient to get to. It is at the end of Seawall Blvd., which means you will have to get or have transportation to reach the other attractions on the island. We rented a car so it was not a problem. We would definitely rent this property again.

The condo itself was clean & nice, fully furnished as described & pictured. The current construction project that was stated at the front of the building, was literally a wall away & took up over half of the view from the balcony. Construction work did start at 8am as stated, & ended around 4pm, but I wish that it would have stated that that particular condo was right outside the construction zone, blocking the closeted elevator & stairwell to the park job garage. Other than that, we had an overall great stay. The property grounds were maintained, the pools were nice, & the on site staff we spoke to were friendly.

Wonderful Getaway !!

The rental was perfect! We arrived and everything was clean and the condo had everything we needed for the trip including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon! We couldn't of had a better time. Will definitely book next year!

There’s a couple of things that could make this rental much more comfortable. 1. The bedding was not cozy, when 2 people were under the quilt there was no overhang.2. The throw pillows were soiled and the zipper was broken on one.3. The area rug was soiled. 4. Very nice balcony chairs, but not a side table to use.5. Required to run dishwasher on exit but only received 2 tabs. That is clearly not enough for more than two days stay. This tells me many dishes have been hand washed and not sanitized. 6. A table lamp for ambience in the living area would go a long way. This is a good vaca rental, especially with the amenities of the beautiful pools. Just needs someone to realize some feature comforts.

This condo was perfect for us! Donna was great at communicating and we knew exactly what we were coming into. There were some beach supplies in the condo, everything was clean and beautiful! There is construction happening in the complex, so it was dusty and a bit noisy occasionally, but that didn’t bother us! My family of five really enjoyed our time here!

Absolutely the best stay ever! this place was so nice and so clean. It was worth every cent we spent

This place couldn’t have been any better if I had of packed and stocked it myself. They had it stocked with anything you would need for a day on the beach or a day at the pool along with toys and games for kids and chairs to sit in on the beach. they even have everything you would need to cook a three course meal with if you chose to stay in and cook. if you are looking for a very nice and clean place to stay this is it well worth the money! we will be back.

Was exactly what I was looking for

Great communication with owners throughout the trip, perfect size for my family two adults and two children. We enjoyed the swimming pool. And easy access to beach across the street.only thing was as soon as we entered the master bedroom did have gnats for some reason maybe because it’s near the beach. Although they went away once we sprayed insect repellent on us. We are looking forward to returning soon. Thanks you.

A few challenges

The condo itself was really nice!!! Much more outside construction going on than expected. Elevator near our condo was out of service so it was quite the challenge to load and unload our gear.
