The property is beautiful! Provides a fun view of Capitola Avenue. When the trees light up along Capitola Avenue in the evenings it is magical.

What was advertised is accurate. It was a perfect stay for us. The host provided me with all I needed and kept me posted. I was so pleased that the main room is all windows and we had small views of the beach

Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere.

Everything was great from the super location ( walk to the beach!) to the large size and amenities in the apartment. Very comfy place! Having a parking garage was also a plus, since parking can be tight in the area.Communications with the host was great!There was a minor thing with low water pressure in the shower in the primary en suite. A new shower head would be a simple solution.Thanks for everything!

We loved the big windows overlooking the village. A couple of windows we could open (some not unfortunately). The place was clean and was close to everything. Accept parking to be tight.

The home was wonderfully appointed, and in SUCH a great location. Everything you want to do around Capitola is within walking distance, just a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer! The garage was tricky to find and get into but we managed. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful upstairs condo overlooking Capitola street shops and just a couple tiny blocks from the water! Everything at your fingertips and a designated parking spot made this stay perfect! The O’Neal management team was fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location!!! Near shops, food and the beach!! Parking wasn’t great. The garage is really small and very difficult to get into because it’s in an alley. Parking on the street isn’t great either but there are spots if you are lucky. Home was very clean and nice!! Just as listed. Had a great time

My wife and two daughters (2 and 6) came here the first weekend of June 2026. It was our first stay as a family near the beach. The property really exceeded my expectations! It felt clean and spacious and much more modern than most of the other places we had looked at in that area. It's an easy, short, flat walk to the beach which was excellent for our young kids. As is noted in the listing and other reviews, the parking garage is pretty tight to squeeze into, but I was able to get my RAV4 in without too much trouble, and the dedicated parking space was absolutely essential for a busy summer weekend in Capitola where street parking looked nearly impossible to find. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Capitola.

Location with comfort

This was our second stay at this property. The two bedroom, two bathroom works perfectly for my husband, me and our adult son. The flat is comfortable and beautifully furnished. We love the location, it is so convenient to everywhere we want to be. The convenience of a garage and parking pass is a big plus to this property. Looking forward to staying here again!

Clean and great location

This property was very clean and in a great location, right on the main street in Capitola Village. Parking was easy with the provided tag, there was a garage but it is pretty small and the approach was really tight so we chose to park on the street.

Gem location and rental for cute Capitola

You cant beat this darling rental with a row of windows facing the cute town. The location gives you quick access to coffee, shops, the ocean, a small market and nearly every type of restaurant you could ask for. The place is well appointed with everything you need and we slept great on the comfortable beds. Having your own porch to enjoy the mornimg sun and designated parking wete bonuses. You’ll love it here for your next Capitola getaway.
