Just steps away from the Esplanade and Capitola Beach, this unit is located in the center of all of the local shops, restaurants, beach access, and so much more!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the garage below the apartment for parking. We provide a parking pass for guests traveling with more than one car.
The Neighborhood:
Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)
Other Things to Note:
- This neighborhood is very lively and on a main road, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night.
- There is one parking spot in the garage under the unit, but please note it is a very small space and would be hard to maneuver a bigger SUV or truck in this space. We also provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- There are two Smart TV's in the home, however there is no Cable TV
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
