**The Space**:
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy family dinners on the deck or dining area. Make sure take advantage of the vast backyard, complete with a fire-pit and volleyball court for some friendly competition and relaxation.

**Bedrooms**:
Comfortably accommodating two families, our home boasts ample sleeping space with five cozy bedrooms. There's room for everyone to rest and recharge after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.

**Bathrooms**:
With three FULL bathrooms, morning routines will be a breeze, ensuring everyone can get ready to hit the beach or explore the local attractions without any delays.

**Outdoor Space**:
The expansive backyard is a highlight of our property. Gather around the fire-pit for cozy evenings under the stars or engage in a lively volleyball match on our private court. Walkout deck attached to kitchen consists of a grill, outdoor seating and table, as well as string lights. It's the perfect space for making memories with your loved ones.

**Pet Policy**: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If pet waste or hints of pet in the home are discovered, security deposit will be forfeited, as well as an additional $500 fee. No exceptions.

**NO-Smoking Policy**: This is a smoke-free home. Please do not book with us if you or any guests plan to smoke indoors, or even outdoors. Security deposit will be forfeited for any smoking that occurs on the property. Security Deposit will ALWAYS be forfeited in this case, as well as an additional $500 fee. TAKE NOTE! NO exceptions.

**Age Requirement**: Primary renter MUST be 26 years & older to book with us. ID required. This home is not for underage drinking gatherings or parties. Local authorities will be called, and strict local enforcement is in place in Wakefield for this specific instance.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and backyard, excluding storage shed.

**Parking**: Driveway access for parking for guests. Comfortably fits 4 cars, allowing more once parked behind each other.

Check - Out - Instructions
- Check out is 10:00AM SHARP (unless discussed with host prior). $50 fee will be incurred for every hour delayed!
- Please turn all lights off.
- Please turn AC units off.
- Please DO NOT strip beds. This helps our cleaners organize all sheets per room when cleaning.
- Please bag trash and leave outside next to entrance door.
- Please place any recycling loose in the smaller green trash bin outside.
- Please load dishwasher and run (pods under sink) if applicable.
