Very nice and spacious house with two cozy living-rooms and a big kitchen. Beautiful location only a few steps to the bay of Galway and wonderful walks along the water. Two minutes to the next pub/lobster-restaurant.Perfect for big groups and families exploring the Burren, Galway and the Cliffs of Moher. Nice little villages with pubs and local music in the area. Easy and fast communication with the owner! We had a great stay

Great place if you’re travelling in large numbers ( 6 - 12 ). The house has bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location is good, and it’s a lovely home.The ferry down the road stopped operating a few years ago unfortunately, so if you’re planning a trip to Galway, driving around the bay is the only way it will happen. Otherwise, it’s a fairly central location for visiting county Clare, and neighbouring counties. We met Seamus, the proprietor, the first day for a half hour or so to review everything with the house. He was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with everything, and could be easily reached if necessary.

Lovely property, situated near Flaggy Shore for short walks and near The Burren for long walks and historical sightseeing. The property was clean and spacious, it is in nice grounds suitable for sitting outdoors or for playing football etc. Recycling was well explained and facilitated. A big plus, many places do not.

As a family of 12, we spent a week at this beautiful location. It was a welcoming space to come home to after a long day of activities across Ireland. There was more than enough space for all of us and not feel like we were on top of each other. The restaurant located just a very short walk away was one of our dining highlights and as dog lovers, the two dogs across from the house were a pleasure to spoil with treats as we came in and out of the driveway. Seamus was very communicative and there were no surprises once we arrived. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!

Couldn’t have been happier with the property and Seamus, our host. He was very upfront about our responsibility to pay for oil usage. As a VRBO member, I completely understand the need to do this to minimize people wasting energy. I would include it in my fee using a best guess philosophy. We had a wonderful stay and Seamus was a wonderful host.

What a cute place to stay for our fall trip to Ireland. This was a perfect place during our time in the west. Quite centrally located if your goal is to hit several places in the west over a several days stay. The place is huge! I can imagine family vacations or multi family groups. Everything you are going to need in the kitchen. Charming.

Perfect for families!

The house was perfect for our family trip! My only regret is we were so busy we didn’t get to enjoy the house enough!! The washer and dryer were a huge help!!!
