Perfect location and exceptional property

Our family of 6 traveled to Rhode Island for a family reunion from Pittsburghand stayed at this beautiful property. The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!

Property was in a great location, close walk to state beach and nice pond setting right off back deck. Plenty of rooms for our stay, just wished there was more storage for clothing other than a few hangers in the closet. Condo was clean, but there was still trash in both the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival.

We had a great time except for trying to park at the Block Island ferry. We ended up walking from the condo. Next time we’ll reserve with Spothero. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and well equipped unit.

great beach vacation for family

The deck vows of the inlet marsh was beautiful, bird, wildlife, and sunsets. Close to 3 beaches. Sand Hill Cove is very close, but Salty Brine State Beach is our favorite. Great for kids. tThe house was recently updated and imaculate. We loved it and will be back soon.

Clean, light & Comfortable

Our short stay for graduation was very pleasant. The unit was clean, light and comfortable (bonus for providing linens and items such as dish soap...ect). The hosts were responsive and helpful. And the location was great, though it was a little chilly to use the beach during our stay we took the short walk to the beach.
