We had a great time on our Christmas ski trip in this house. The location to the slopes was great. We had a friend with young kids that stayed at the pinnacle come and use the parking because it was so much closer then parking at the resort.
Went to Beech mountain to Snowboard with friends and it was perfect for that! 600 ft from the lifts! We were also able to bring our 2 dogs. Host (Moxy) was great at communicating as well. Definitely would stay here again!
Nice sized living area. Great bedrooms. Could use more counter space and over room in the kitchen. Needs more lighting. No central air, but overall wonderful rental.
Great place to stay if you have kids. You can walk to the ski slope and not have to drive. The house is a perfect ski house, a little older, comfortable furniture, heater works great--a plus in the cold. We rented skis at Freds which is before you get to the house, it's cheaper than the ski slope and much quicker
It was super close to lift House very old and dated Bathrooms fans crazy loud and most door locks not working (falling apart) In drawers where lots of homeowners stuff also lots of homeowners old generation photos hanging on walls
Loved the home, and location to resort. So many fun things to discover in their decor. Tons of bedrooms and comfortable beds. BUT for summer please note there is no A/C and sleeping at night even with fans was pretty hot and sweaty. I feel even though many homes don’t have it up there on the MTN. It still should be noted so you’re not caught unaware and hit - lol. sadly we’re Americanized and spoiled and are use to A/C. I would have not rented this place if I knew. I did not sleep at all. I’d say for winter though it would be perfect.

It was adorable but this was not a good choice for our family as we had 3 little children. There wasn’t enough space for them to play inside when we had 2 days of rain. The outside terrain was very steep. The property was nice and hosts responded promptly.
