Set on 8 acres with open meadows and babbling brooks, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Amenities include a hot tub, fireplace, firepit, outdoor dining, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. The slopes are under 10 minutes away, Margaretville (13 mins) and Phoenicia (20 mins) are also nearby!



The Space:

Belleayre View is a magnificent, year-round retreat in the Catskills Mountains perfectly situated and outfitted for both summer and winter escapes. Located on six acres overlooking Belleayre Mountain and its ski slopes, this tastefully furnished, three-bedroom, three-bath log home has a beautiful mountain setting with spectacular panoramic views from the wrap-around deck.



This house sleeps 6-8 people, with a queen and twin bedrooms on the lower level and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the third level. The main floor has a modern open plan kitchen with all new appliances, dining room for eight and living room with fireplace and convenient access to the expansive deck. The main floor also has a separate den/TV room with a king size pull-out sofa and a bathroom.



Back inside the spacious house, join your friends around the fireplace or serenade someone at the piano. Finally finish that novel out on the deck, or sneak up to the writing nook in the upstairs loft. Alternatively, play a game of backgammon or watch a movie in the den.



In the winter, you'll find handy access to skiing and myriad other activities at Belleayre (just 5 minutes away!) and Plattekill (30 minutes). Nothing is better after a long day on the slopes than coming back to the cabin to relax in the hot tub or tell stories around the fire pit. In the summer enjoy miles of hiking trails, hunting, fishing, and golf. The reservoir and rivers feature water sports such as canoeing, kayaking, river tubing / rafting and fly fishing.

The Neighborhood:

Belleayre View, located in the heart of the Catskills, in the charming towns of Fleischmanns. This quaint mountain town has lots of explore-worthy stores and restaurants. Enjoy wood-fired pizza at Oakley's, pick up some local spirits at Union Grove Distillery, or shop at the Pakatakan Farmers Market. Dine at the Binnekill Tavern or bowl at The Ark Bowl & BBQ.



The slopes at Belleayre Mountain are under 10 minutes away! Try fly fishing on the East Brand of the Delaware River, golf nearby at Hanah Mountain Resort & Country Club, or explore the various hikes around the Catskills. We have a local guide we share with all our guests to help you get the most out of your stay at Belleayre View.



Getting Around:

Belleayre View is 2.5 hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. Hop in the car and enjoy driving the scenic, quiet roads around Belleayre Mountain. Parking is in the driveway leading up to the house.
