The perfect vacation spot in this cozy cove! Enjoy the outdoors on this 2 tiered patio that walks out to a large entertaining dock! Amenities abound as you enjoy the bar on the dock, kayaks, extra boat slip, lily pad, fire pits, games, and an outdoor grill, griddle and smoker. Not only will you have outdoor living space, but a beautiful updated indoor space as well.
The space
This Ozark Oasis is a rare find at the lake. It sits on a flat lot, in a quiet cove, right off the main channel. Easy access to restaurants on the lake, and stores.

This industrial modern house has been updated throughout. Enjoy the steam shower, or enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig. Lights, and music on the dock create a magical atmosphere while sitting at the bar. You can enjoy a Jenga game after swimming or fishing off the dock. Lake life at its finest!

Family vacation

Had an amazing time with our family of 8. The house was great but the dock was our favorite hanging spot. Lots of fun and memories made this week. Great location. Kelly was great with communication before and throughout our stay.

Wonderful Stay

This was a perfect, quiet spot for our families to get away!! We were in the Ozarks for a baseball tournament and it was great to be on the water in a quiet cove between games. We enjoyed music, meals and relaxation on the beautiful, spacious dock/outdoor bar while the kids fished, swam, kayaked, roasted smores and just chilled! This lake home was our speed and we were grateful we stayed at this property!

Awesome Lake Stay

The dock at this place is amazing. No wake cove, quiet, had a lily pad, kayaks, games and comfy furniture. There is a small convenient store on the other side of the cove with gas, snacks and ice. We were also able to put our jet ski in there. We had everything we needed for family with ages 3-43.

Cozy and Comfy stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. The dock was large and accommodating. We used the kayaks several times. The cove was quiet. The marina is right across the way for fuel, snacks and drinks. The boat rental was directly across the lake from the cove. Loved the location - close to all necessities. The house was cozy with spaces for everyone.

Great Place at the Lake

My wife and I stayed with a son's family (spouse and two small children) and another son. The parking and accomodations worked well for us. The dock was our special spot as we love to be by the water. There is space to be in or out of the sun while on the dock. Easy access to get into the water. The ladder did not retract out of the water so it had some slick algae on it. We used a brush to get algae off and it worked just fine for us. We played jinga and card games on the dock in the evening. There is good lighting, outlets, and two mini-fridges on the dock. We took out 1 of the Kayaks, and used the large Lily Pad. I would recommend this place for others.

Great property!

This is a great property! The dock was beautiful, good seating for a larger group, good fishing off the dock, having a stereo, sink and refrigerator out there was a huge bonus. Loved using their kayaks in the quiet cove and kids enjoyed the Lilly pad. It is easy to get to a marina right across the lake to rent boats, jet skis and a great location on the water to be able to go any direction to see a lot of the lake. There is a supermarket maybe 3 minute drive which was extremely convenient. The road coming down to the house is pretty steep and rough at the top but not the owners fault just an FYI. The house was well stocked as far as utensils, cookware some spices, beach towels, paper goods, trash bags, etc. Having a blackstone and BBQ grill were nice, also had a green egg which we didn't utilize. There was plenty of beds for our group. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning crew could do a little better job and a deeper clean. There was a lot of stuff under the beds, couch and table as well as on the floors in the bathrooms. Kelly was easy to communicate with and no problems with checking in or getting into the property. Overall a great property and would definitely rent this again.

Friend and family Getaway

I booked this property for myself, a good friend, and our kids and their friends. We had 10 in our group and loved the accommodations. Everything seemed newer, clean, and well-maintained. There was an issue with the garbage disposal when we arrived and it was promptly taken care of by the owner. Additionally, the owner contacted me to see if there was a rip in the lily pad, which there was but we hadn't said anything about it, and she was mortified when the previous renters told her about it toward the end of our stay. Again, she was incredibly apologetic and even refunded me a small amount for the inconvenience. The distance to the dock and the dock setup were a dream!! Super easy to go between the dock and the house and the dock was set up so well for a group and entertaining. This end of the lake was not terribly busy, either, so we had no problem staying in the water all day! The only issue would be to have another bathroom (10 people sharing two bathrooms for showers and such can be a lot). Honestly, even an outdoor shower would be super helpful! And while the sunroom does accommodate two people, it's dreadfully hot in there in the summer months. It worked for teen boys, but I wouldn't have stayed in there, personally. Otherwise, we absolutely loved this property and the communication from the owner!

My husband and I have vacationed at Lake of the Ozarks for years. We have always dreamed of having a lake house there. We were able to find this amazing house and wanted to share with others.

Why they chose this property

This house is so conveniently located. Only a few miles to the nearest store and restaurants. If you bring your own boat, there is loading ramp and marina in the same cove! If you decide to rent any watercraft, you can go right across the channel to Pirate's Point. Either way, there is an extra dock for a boat should you bring your own or rent.

What makes this property unique

This quiet cove is perfect for enjoying the lake. There are not too many lots on the lake where you can step outside and walk right to the dock, and this flat lot is so convenient. Not only that, but it has an amazing dock that you can spend all day on and not have to leave! With the bar, refrigerator, comfortable seating, dining table, fishing, games. We couldn't ask for more!
