Beautiful location right on the water! Fabulous covered building separate from the house that overlooks the water. Everything you need for a small family. The only issue you had was communication was slow, Townsend is an amazing place!
Very welcoming place right on the river. The inside had everything we needed. Great little place. The fire pit was just perfect for an evening making s’mores. I just wish the fish was biting lol.
The house was clean and well stocked. We did have to reset the router in order to have internet. The only issue I had was poor cell service, which I know they have no control over.
The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome!

Yes, they made us feel welcome. They had nice amenities. Only thing we thought was that they need to take new pics. The pics make it look better then was. The pavilion was dirty with stuff all over. The porch looked like it hadn’t been swept for days. Other than that we had a nice time. Thank you!

Little River
Best of the property is outside. The covered outdoor area overlooking the river made it possible to overlook many issues inside.
It was very nice place, a beautiful crate to look at at. We were able to rest out on the porch. Listen to the sounds of the creatures and animals. And of course the beautiful sound of the water. I would love to come back again at another visit.Tjank you
It was just as advertised just wish we had more time to spend , I made a mistake when I booked and only got it for one night by mistake! Dont be like me ! Other than that we had a blast
The only reason I'm giving this place a less than perfect review is because there were dirty. I mentioned them to the owner, who assured me that it would be resolved for future guests.
This house is great, on a beautiful property! We really enjoyed the outdoor pavilion and swimming in the river.
It's about a half hour to Cades Cove, where we saw a few bears!
I definitely recommend this spot.
Check in with terrible or codes went right The cleaning people was there was not expecting people to come the whole place was nasty had a odor in it the toilet wobbled kitchen chair almost collapsed on my lady I got bit in the face by some bug on the couch The driveway was awful to get in and out never will rent anything else from there A horrible weekend me and my lady made the best we could of it

No oven mitts. No dish rag for washing dishes. There were only 2 full size bath towels & wash cloths for 2 adults for 3 days. Commode was wobbly & not secured to the floor. Light fixtures on both porches were covered with spider webs & filled with dead insects. Firewood was bigger than the fire pit & there was no way to split it. The gas grill barely cooked hot dogs. We pulled out the couch to use outlet & there was a discarded water bottle & brochure from previous renters. The outdoor living area was what we enjoyed the most.
Great property to stay at. Close to the Smoky Mountains, and a lot of good restaurants. The patio was covered, and great views and easy to access fly fishing. We have a fantastic stay.
This was the relief from a baseball tournament that we needed. Super quiet and made it easy to relax. Wish we had more time to play in the river, do some grilling, and maybe have a fire! Regardless, when we play ball in Maryville this will be our go-to place to stay!!
