A beautiful property in a great location for a much needed getaway to the beach! The condo was perfect for our stay, impeccably clean and a great location to hit the beach, explore Newport and Block Island, and much more. We’ll definitely be back!

We are very glad that our guests are able to enjoy our condo that is centrally located in the historic district of Charlestown, RI. Once our guests arrive, they can relax on the porch and watch the visiting hummingbirds or enjoy a festival 10 minutes down the road or go enjoy Newport or Mystic Seaport. The six beaches located within 15 minutes of the condo are also delightful places to be.

Maria’s condo is well-organized, super clean and in a great location for accessing local beaches and near by sites such as Block Island, Newport, or Mystic CT. Maria was readily available for any questions and provided excellent communication for check-in/out process.

We had a fabulous stay at Marie's beautiful condo in Charlestown. She was super communicative from the start and even gave us ideas on what to do with our young children. Her home was clean with a large bathroom/shower. The location was convenient to everything. It was so nice to have a mini supermarket right down the road and be just minutes from Charlestown Beach where we spent most of our beach days. Not to mention a short walk to ice cream to end the nights! We enjoyed the front porch at her condo and how quiet it was there. Thank you for the amazing stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Family of 3 Getaway at the Beach

Marie was a great host! Everything from her communication leading up to our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed for check in and making sure the property was safe for a young child. The house was a short drive to the beach and we had a great time exploring the area and surrounding towns. We will definitely look into this property again in the future.

comfortable and well appointed

A great place to stay any time of the year. The condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people, near the beach and nice restaurants. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The coffee pot was a kuerig style, tho, so bring some pods. We used our french press and there's an excellent coffee shop down the street (beach rose cafe). Only issues were with vrbo sending frequent useless emails and a charge for additional insurance that wasn't necessary. Be aware that there are additional charges added after you book the site. We would definitely go back.
