Tranquil Beach Themed Florida House/Pool

Gorgeous Quiet House and pool 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and the 4th bedroom on the other side. 3 beautifully redone bathrooms! A door to the bathroom from the pool area!! Smart! The canal is beautiful. You can see the sunrise above the houses from the lanai. Always shade in the pool area!! So awesome to find shade when the other people in the pool are in the sun. The kitchen was super functional. The dining room had a huge table. There was a 2nd table that we used for games and puzzles. The pool is big and deep and warm and wonderful. Super Cute "Hoot" like Ground Owls in neighborhood. Named Sandy and Digger. Super cute!! 1.5 miles from the nearest beach on a river. The Boathouse Restaurant at the beach was yummy. You can catch a sunset at that small beach as well. more Hoot ground owls nesting there too. About 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. Love Boat Ice Cream shop is on the way to or from the beach. Lover's Key State Park is about 35 minutes from the house. Beautiful beach for shelling. The house was beautiful. Colton was responsive and great. The pool was warm and wonderful. The location to Ft. Myers beach was a bit of a drive but totally doable. We drove to the beach early in the morning to shell and avoid traffic and the hottest part of the day. The house provided a wonderfully tranquil place for a vacation for the over 50 crowd.

We are in one of the most coveted locations in Cape Coral with being in the water and walking distance to the Cape Coral Yatch club. We are centrally located for any immediate needs and minutes from Fort Myers/Naples to do some shopping and beaches.
