Welcome to 7827 Centre Court in the heart of Palmetto Dunes! This updated and pet-friendly (for an additional charge) 2BR/2BA villa is steps from the community pool and has easy access to the beach, tennis, golf, and all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer! The kitchen is fully equipped and features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for two. The dining area comfortably seats six. The living room has comfy seating and is perfect for cuddling up with popcorn for a movie night on the large flatscreen TV. Just off the living area, you can access the private deck, which overlooks Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system. The bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the villa. Both are equipped with 2 queen-sized beds and a television, and each has its own en-suite bathroom.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts (a few located right beside this villa, which can be rented!) to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops and restaurants. The Centre Court area of Palmetto Dunes Resort is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Also, secret to Centre Court.... there is a bridge just next to this villa, which allows you a shortcut to Alexander's fine restaurant along with the General Store, main tennis center, and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Shhh... Keep that just between us! The George Fazio golf course is just a few minutes walk down the sidewalk as well. You will appreciate the strong Wi-Fi if you need to get in a bit of work or study while vacationing.

If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. * Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

The unit was amazing, and the Palmetto Dunes location can not be beat. 10 minute walk to the breach, 5 minutes to tennis and pickleball, 2 minutes to bike rentals and a general store. Did have a minor issue when the water heater went out, but the property managment company was right on top of it. They also made check in and out very east. On my next trip to HH Island I would 100% stay here again.

Of the 20 yrs vacationing in Palmetto Dunes, this unit has been the best pet-friendly choice! This is a well equipped unit that is a grade above most pet-friendly options. Photos are accurate. It is a bit rough around the edges and is in need of minor fixes mostly relating to sticking doors. As an end unit it offers more privacy. Excellent water pressure, well equipped kitchen, good mattresses, comfortable couches. Four backpack beach chairs, a beach cart, plenty of beach towels are provided. The pool area is located directly in front of the building, no noise. Our elderly dog only had to manage 6 steps up to the front door which was great. The spacious, raised deck sits directly above the main canal with limited views due to vegetation which affords privacy. Like most units in Palmetto Dunes this one is fairly dark. Unfortunately the AC system struggled to remove the high humidity inside resulting in a profound musty smell. We ran the two dehumidifiers non-stop. The Centre Court location offered interesting options to walk our dog. The complex is also less congested than others. The foot bridge to the tennis center, 5 min walk and shortest route to beach, ten min walk, allowed us to observe unique wildlife up close. We felt extremely well taken care of due to the outstanding service provided by the H2C rental management crew. Super proactive, extremely responsive and very friendly; by far our best experience in over 20 years! They truly care!

Great find!

Booked last min trip with 2 adults and 4 young teen boys. This property was perfect for our needs. The building is old but the inside of this unit has been renovated and full tile or hardwoods throughout, no carpet. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals in. The location is what worked so well for us. A small pool the boys enjoyed in the evenings out the front just steps away and out the back a practically private bridge that puts you directly behind the kayak/bike rental place and across from the General store. I think this would also be a great condo if you had small kids due to the location and it was extremely quiet. My favorite part may have been the porch off the back that overlooked the lagoon. A great spot for coffee in the am or a glass of wine in the evening. Lots of bird activity on and around the lagoon too that will keep you entertained. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how easy Paul was to work with. I rent several units a year and he was laid back, efficient and on top of every communication in a timely manner. This was also the best "value" property I have rented and i looked all over HH (Sea Pines and PD's) before landing on this one. It is in an older section and building is older but has been well maintained and the value is super high so you can spend vacay $ doing other activities while on the island.

Great stay at Centre Court

We had a great vacation at Centre Court. The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Paul was easy to work with and we had no issues. He checked in with us prior to the upcoming tropical storm/hurricane. The location is within walking distance to everything. We would recommend this condo and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in the condo. A sink was backing up upon our late arrival, and management had it resolved first thing the next morning. Only complaint is the front gutter is stopped up and causes the entrance to immediately flood when there's moderate rain, though it seemed to drain fairly quickly after the rain stopped. Otherwise, our stay was great. Condo was clean, close to the beach, great time!

Overall great place

Paul was very responsive. Keep in mind you are NOT able to check in before 4 pm. We arrived at 3:59 pm and called Paul who was very nice and the told us to wait until 4:00, and the code worked. The door code was long (8 characters) and kinda difficult for younger children to memorize. That made it a little inconvenient to go back and forth, even for adults. Overall the place was updated and nicer. Although one bathroom door was unable to be closed completely or you would get stuck in the bathroom. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Extra blankets in the closets were very useful. The kitchen had most appliances although a crockpot would be ideal (just personal preference). Washer and dryer was a great addition! Location is good. Directly across from the pool/tennis courts and very short walk to General Store. The beach was not extremely close but an easy bike ride. The one downfall is if there are people staying above you, it is very loud. Fortunately a young family came very late in the week, and didn’t disrupt us that much. However, a 5:30/6 am morning wakeup on vacation with kids running, crying and moving furniture was a little early. Completely out of control of the owner but something to consider if this would bother you. Overall, this is a nice place.

We loved the location to the pool and the layout of the unit. With four women, it was perfect accommodation. However it lacked nice wine glasses and a kettle for making our tea. Also a bit more time by the cleaners to dust furniture would help anyone allergic to dust. Brighter lightbulbs in bathrooms would be a plus.

WOW!

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the deck that overlooks the lagoon. We had our coffee out there every morning before heading to the beach which was about a 7 minute walk. This unit is close to everything. It is so close to the pool that it felt like a private pool. The owner was easy to reach and answered all of my questions very quickly. My daughter is a traveling nurse, working in Valdosta GA and had time off. She drove up and needed a parking pass. I texted Paul (the owner) to see how to go about getting her a pass. Before I knew it, he texted back that the pass would be at the gate for her. Everything was perfect, and then some. If it's just my wife and me next year, I want to stay in the same condo. Until then, thank you for everything Paul

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our vacation. The proximity to the pool was very convenient. The walk to the beach was a little long but still possible with 2 small children. The floors in the condo definitely need to be cleaned/mopped better and the bathroom showers need some TLC but, overall we had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to emails as well.

Perfect location for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Perfect location to the pool, tennis courts, kayak/bike rentals, the General Store, Disney Beach Club and Dunes House beach access, restaurants and shopping. The view of the lagoon and wildlife from the deck was incredibly relaxing. The condo itself was cozy and had most items that you needed. Fantastic communication with Paul. We would definitely stay here again!

Great week in HH!!!

Our family enjoyed staying in this villa and hope to return again in the future. It is beautifully decorated and provided plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen is adequate - we cooked several nights and had everything we needed. The location is ideal. It’s very private and we loved having breakfast on the covered porch overlooking the lagoon and playing cards out there at night - the only negative is the main road leading into PD is just across the lagoon so there is some traffic noise, especially in the morning. However, the proximity to Alexander’s, the bike rental shop and General Store far make up for that. I would certainly recommend this villa. The owner was very responsive and the check-in process was very easy.
