Enjoy one of the best views of Silver Lake and the Dunes, including private access to Silver Lake, from this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home; and a guest cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and full kitchen. Sleeps 8.
This coveted "Gold Coast" locaton of Silver Lake on North Shore Drive includes the main house with sleeping for 6, roomy kitchen, dining, living and sun room. Only a few steps from the main house is the guest cottage with sleeping for 2.
Air conditioning in guest cottage, no A/C in main house. Linens and towels are provided.

Very large yard includes fire pit, outdoor seating and picnic table, gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor games. Private Silver Lake access includes 10" dock and two kayaks. Parking for 4 cars and, in back, 2 haul trailers.

Property rents Saturday to Saturday, seven night minimum, mid-June through August. 3 night minimum available Memorial weekend through mid June and Labor Day weekend.
1/2 due and signed Contract to secure your week; remaining balance due 30 days before check in. Up to a $500.00 damage deposit fee may be collected by VRBO if determined by property manager.

Playing in the sand

Our Lake Haven house was a perfect place for a week get away right on Silver Lake. The house was very clean and stocked with all we needed in the kitchen. Great location to sit and watch all the trucks and RZR's going in and out of the dunes. Close to the dunes and downtown Silver Lake. Great location to do day trips to Pentwater and Luddington and there is always somewhere to get ice cream. We really enjoyed our week away. We will be back.

Cozy.

These two cottages are in a great location to get to Silver Lake Sand Dunes. We enjoyed using the kayaks out on Silver Lake, there is plenty of room, clean, a great view, and nice amenities. Everything was great, except for the fact that the main house did not have A/C, that should be made more clear in the description. We had a great week.

Dune view

A beautiful spot with a great view. We appreciated the additional small cottage so we could have a separate space from our daughter and her family sleeping in the main cottage. Really nice to have 3 full bathrooms, and the cottage was very well equipped with everything you could need. We really liked it and enjoyed kayaking over to the dunes. Only down side was how much traffic there was on the road between us and the lake--kinda noisy, but not at night. I would definitely recommend Lake Haven cottage.

Fun family getaway

Our group consisted of my husband and I and our two grown children and their spouses and our young granddaughter. We could walk or ride bikes into town for putt-putt or ice cream. We could easily walk to the dunes or just cross the road to take out the kayaks. At night dinners together, games, movies and campfires completed our days. Just a 5 minute drive to the lighthouse and Lake Michigan beach. It was a wonderful space for a lovely week long vacation.

Stay at silver lake

First impression was white carpet in a vacation home What!!!!! Main house smelled of mold when we arrived and got worse as week went on. I was told from house management company if i could put two loads of laundry in it would help so i did all of the sheets and towels . My family left early because master bed was so hard it hurt my daughter and son inlaws back. We all cleaned both places head to toe, but when owner went in all she could see was grease spots on floor that we did not see when we sweep.I was charged 50 extra dollars for 9 spots of grase that they said was there no pictures. We will not stay there again or will we recommend this company.help i did all the lcopany
