Lovely accommodations within decent walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Check in and out was easy. Communication with agent was quick and easy. The dishwasher is quite loud so we had to be sure to use it earlier in the evening so everyone could get to sleep. I would recommend having more silverware as we had to wash after each meal in order to have enough.

Great management company with fantastic attention to detail. Everything was clean and well organized. We did have a few mishaps with some rowdy neighbors and smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Suzy's Parrot Perch is a a cozy place that is perfect for 1-4 people. The place is clean and well maintained by Last Key Realty. The location is perfect, away from the really busy Old Town, but in walking distance to it all. The balcony is an added bonus where the sun rises.
