This apartment is lovely, clean and in a perfect location. The street is well lit and safe. There is an elevator. The water pressure on the 5th floor is good and hot water never runs out! Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Beds and pillows are very comfy and plenty of towels. The balcony is sunny and a wonderful addition to the space. Highly recommend this apt.

Host Isabel was rushed and complained she had so many properties that she needed to attend. She was curt and seemed angry during our limited interactions. The shower had mold on the grout from about 3 feet down. Lots of dust bunnies and no broom in the apartment. The washer video explained there would be 2 starter pods available to use. There were none. The light switches did not activate the chandeliers. The beds were only mildly supportive. For the cost, this apartment was sub par. Overall the strong points for this apartment were (1) location - central and quiet, (2) the terrace was a welcome spot to relax outside in the warm weather. I would not return.

Perfect location

Great weeklong visit in central Florence, just steps from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Well appointed, attractive property is on 5th floor with elevator. Very secure with locked main building door in addition to the apartment itself. Thoughtful list of restaurants and local recommendations, easy to communicate with property management via WhatsApp. Would stay again!
