Situated on 2.6 acres and in a turn of the North Fork of the Reddies River, this cabin located just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Fussell Farm, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro and Boone offers the perfect retreat for a mountain getaway. For some winter fun, head to one of our three most popular ski resorts: Appalachian Ski Mtn, Sugar Mtn, or Beech Mtn.

Inside, you will find a welcoming ambiance from the gorgeous hardwood floors, tin roof and two electric fireplaces for curling up on a cool mountain evening.

The main level features an open concept floor plan. The living area features comfy leather recliners and a cozy couch for watching your favorite movie or sports team on the flat screen Smart TV. (You will need to log in with your own streaming accounts). An electric fireplace will knock the chill off as you watch tv or browse on your laptop to plan your next day’s adventure. Wi-Fi is available for those that must stay in touch with the real world.

Cooks or the family chef will love the well-equipped kitchen for preparing snacks or a quick meal. There is even a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Also on this level is the primary bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, flat screen Smart TV and electric fireplace. A shared hall bath is on this level as well with a tub/shower combo.

Climb the stairs to the upstairs loft area, where you will find two additional sleeping spaces. The first offers a full-size bed and the second offers a set of bunks (full and twin on top). A full bath complete with shower and stackable washer/dryer is also on this level. Imagine waking up to rain on the tin roof!

Outside, you will find an inviting front porch complete with a swing and rocking chairs. Sit back and relax as you listen to the river rush by as you rock or swing your cares away. Take a walk down the steps and you’ll find your own private fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just enjoying an evening by the fire.
Venture down the hill and you will find a sandy beach on the river’s edge. It’s easy access year-round access for those who like to fish, swim, kayak, or tube.
