We were really happy with the layout, amenities, and location. Given the unit is up a few flights of stairs it was great to have the elevator right there for the days we needed to move luggage up and down. There's bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive and laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. We did not hear neighbors in the evenings. Joanne is very friendly and helpful. The large lanai was really nice for lounging or setting out a few things to dry overnight. We liked that the HOA enforced the posted hours for the pool which since the unit looks right down on it and we don't stay up late. Hope we have a chance to stay there again!

The condo has a beautiful relaxing balcony and a lot of good quality beach accessories that we were able to use. We had to contact the owner and she responded immediately and was very kind. Will definitely come back and stay here.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. White Sands Beach is directly across the beach, making daily jaunts to the beach easy. The condo came stocked with loads of beach needs such as snorkeling gear and chairs. The air condition could not be turned down, but after a day, we acclimated well. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the dining area was great!

Location on Alii Drive was great. Easy beach access directly across the street. Parking & access to the pool was so convenient. Condo had great amenities, making it feel like home away from home.The temperature in the condo was hard to regulate & seemed warm most of the time.

This rental was amazing - fantastic access to the beach, a nice pool and barbeque area, and a well equipped condo with an awesome lanai with pool and beach views. Everything was in great working order and clean in the apartment. Having a Chromecast and Google speaker was a great touch! There were lots of great condition beach items that we enjoyed (boogie boards, beach chairs, etc). The location was also great, with quick access to town and great snorkeling. A perfect stay for a family with tweens.

Great spot across from beach!

The condo was perfect for our week and a half stay! Right across from Magic Sands Beach. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, and some toys that were perfect for our stay. Joanne was very helpful with any questions I had for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic accommodations for the island life. They had everything you need for nearly any activity on the beach. With a central location to everything on the western coast of the big island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Kailua-Kona Location

This condo was a perfect fit for the Kona side of our Hawaiian vacation. It was a short drive to town and to groceries. It was also located right across the street from Magic Sands Beach which was a fabulous!

Great rental. Had everything we needed for a week on the beach with 2 teens. Cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear. Pickleball court was a fun bonus. Very clean!
