GREAT condo and host! Great location. Parking was always available. Bob couldn't have been better with communication. Will be looking to stay there again in the future. The only downside was that I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Bob!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Bob’s rental at One Ocean Place in Garden City Beach. Everything we needed was provided, and the condo was well stocked and comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were an especially thoughtful touch and were greatly appreciated by our family. The condo was clean and Bob was a pleasure to work with. The building is well-cared for and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. We have stayed in this building before with a larger group and would definitely return to this unit if we have a smaller group in the future.
