This Waterfront unit offers breathtaking views of Lake Placid. With its prime location, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks. The condo features spacious living areas, including an open concept kitchen and living room complete with a wet bar, fireplace and smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the water (both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs). Additional amenities of the Water's Edge complex include a seasonal swimming pool and private beach area (typically late-June to Labor Day). Patio furniture is put away for the winter season and is not be available for use after Labor Day until June.
