Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Lake Placid, perfect for enjoying the Adirondacks year-round.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and complete cookware and utensils. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace, HDTV, and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area.
All linens and towels are provided, along with added conveniences such as a hairdryer and iron with a compact ironing board.
Step outside onto the private deck with patio furniture—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Free parking is included.
A large Hannaford supermarket is just steps away, along with Marshalls, a wine store, a popular Indian restaurant, and other shops in the plaza. Behind the building is direct access to the Adirondack Rail Trail, a scenic 34-mile multi-use path connecting Lake Placid and Saranac Lake—perfect for walking, biking (including e-bikes), and running in summer, and snowmobiling or cross-country skiing in winter. Enjoy the best of convenience and outdoor adventure right from your doorstep. Please note that some of our units are pet-friendly but only for 1 pet per unit.
