Perfect Spot in Town

Great property, newly renovated, perfectly in town away from the hustle of the bridge but close enough to enjoy everything Havasu has to offer.

The hosts are very pleasant to work with and responded to questions quickly. It was a very clean and comfortable house for our party of five adults. The table and outdoor sofas on the patio were a great place to have our coffee in the morning. The long driveway and large garage to store our 20' boat was a big plus. We have already booked it again for next year.

This beautiful, updated home was wonderful for our 5 weeks in Lake Havasu City! It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We experienced excellent communication from both the owner and property manager. The couple of minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed. We especially enjoyed the outside space for eating and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Best of Havasu

This property was amazing in comfort and cleanliness from the beautiful yard to every amenity you could think of! Everyday sitting on the patio we saw roadrunners, bunnies, quail (and their baby chicks), and hummingbirds. The area is quiet and tranquil…..the perfect getaway! Will definitely have to book this venue again in the future!
A very friendly roadrunner
