Sunshine Daydream Cottage-Natural Setting in Town

Our cute modern cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from downtown Weaverville and a 10 minute drive to Asheville. This brand new cottage boasts a rare combination of a natural mountain setting with walking access to Weaverville. Take a dip in the private hot tub, or a short walk through the Main Street Nature Park which leads you to a world famous bakery, or to enjoy a yummy meal at one of our restaurants or breweries. A truly wonderful setting of both town and country.

The space

This cottage was built in 2020 and is newly furnished. It boasts a hot tub, new appliances, extra linens, wifi and a tv with cable in the main room as well as in the bedroom. Large windows offer nice views and plenty of sunshine.

Guest access

Guests have the whole small house and hot tub to themselves.
Other things to note
We have 3 guest cottages on the property that look similar. Look for wooden signs with house numbers to find the right one. The neighborhood is a mix of private residences and guest cottages. These cottages were built by me with care!

Cabin was perfect for 2. We cooked, grilled, and even baked cookies. Hottub was very clean. Beautiful and chill area. Short walk to main street and if you are looking for a retreat this place is off beaten path and quite. Kitchen decently stocked and plenty of stores nearby.

For older adults driving to shops and restaurant was much easier especially at night. Finding the property at night would have been easier if there was some sort of light at the wooden sign. Also we missed the perk of shower gel instead of bar soap and tissues would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay and our dog liked the nature walk!
