- Fire Pit: if used recently (last 2-3 hrs) please leave it uncovered, if beyond please cover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy by keeping noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
If you are part of the EV family we welcome you to charge your car. Please do your best to charge during the hours of 12:00am (midnight) and 6:00am.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The hosts have thought of everything. Comfortable furniture, super comfy beds, snacks, fresh eggs in the fridge, a gorgeous yard. It was so perfect. Michael was very understanding about a little accident in the house from our dog, which was wholly appreciated. I would 100% love to come back for a visit to this home!

Great stay while our daughter checked out Cal Poly. Well appointed, well located historic home only a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen but weather kept us inside. Although we ate in, there are some cool restaurants across the street and really good ice cream! Our host even left us snacks, drinks and a half dozen eggs to enjoy. Looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks Michael for the stay and solid communication.

We enjoyed our time in this beautifully decorated home. We especially appreciated the welcoming details upon our arrival as well as all of the included amenities. This is an excellent VRBO-style property. The house is old but has been completely refurbished with modern appliances and electronics. There were only two of us and we had the whole house with a spare bedroom for dressing and full living, dining and kitchen spaces. There is a small backyard patio and a full front yard, both with furniture to sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings. There are 4 restaurants within a block and dozens more 10 minutes (1/2 mile) away. Check in and out are easy with a front door keyed to you personally. No issues whatsoever with this rental.

Beautifully appointed home, in a great location. Very walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the extremely comfortable beds, to the gourmet kitchen, there is no room for improvement on this property. We enjoyed the chilly evenings out by the firepit, and loved that we could walk almost everywhere from this home's location in the historic district. Michael is an amazingly attentive host, who goes the extra mile when in comes to comfort details, and was communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay! Cannot recommend this home enough! Perfect weekend away

My family and I were in town for the weekend and it was perfect fit! It’s a very charming and historic home within walking distance to downtown with a very cute breakfast spot just a black away. We were out and about enjoying the town most of the day but coming back to this house was super cozy! We would visit again.
