- Kitchen: please open up windows in the kitchen & dining room if more fragranced foods were prepared. - Backyard Furniture: If relaxed on and/or used, please cover all.
- Fire Pit: if used recently (last 2-3 hrs) please leave it uncovered, if beyond please cover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect for Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy by keeping noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
If you are part of the EV family we welcome you to charge your car. Please do your best to charge during the hours of 12:00am (midnight) and 6:00am.
Service Animal / Pet Policy: - Pets can't be allowed on any furniture or beds. - If the pet is left indoors by itself has to be in a crate.

We enjoyed our time in this beautifully decorated home. We especially appreciated the welcoming details upon our arrival as well as all of the included amenities. Coffee, tea, cooking essentials and more. This place was meticulously clean and we loved its historic vibe and decor. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with outdoor file. Beautifully appointed home, in a great location. Very walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the extremely comfortable beds, to the gourmet kitchen, there is no room for improvement on this property. We enjoyed the chilly evenings out by the firepit, and loved that we could walk almost everywhere from this home's location in the historic district. Michael is an amazingly attentive host, who goes the extra mile when in comes to comfort details, and was communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay! Cannot recommend this home enough! We hope to visit again soon!

Such a great little house; conveniently located so we could walk to cute cafes, grab Thai takeout, or walk downtown. The deck in the kitchen had great natural light made which made for a fabulous remote work set-up. Would stay again.

This historic house was well maintained and nicely updated. It was in a great location and close enough to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening with a glass of wine. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at this property. It was absolutely beautiful and so well setup. While the photos are well represented, we were even more impressed in person. The property is in a great location with a quick walk to bars & restaurants. It’s also well equipped for eating in with Micheal supplying many of your basic cooking essentials, which was also very impressive. In addition Michael provided detailed information for our stay and was very quick & helpful to respond to the few inquiries we had. The homeowner took special care when renovating this historic home. Beautifully done! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities offered to us from the homeowner. The location is perfect for a short stroll into town or just across the street to a few fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed every moment and plan on returning soon!

Fantastic rental. My daughter is still talking about how cozy and comfortable her bed was. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting. The host included thoughtful details like snacks and restaurant recommendations. There is some light that comes in through the blinds in the master, so I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask, but everything else was perfect!

Perfect weekend away

My family and I were in town for the weekend and it was perfect fit! It’s a very charming and historic home within walking distance to downtown with a very cute breakfast spot just a black away. We were out and about enjoying the town most of the day but coming back to this house was super cozy! We would visit again.
