This beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of the Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. Location is a standout with Key West only 17 miles in one direction and Marathon 25 miles in the other. This WiFi-enabled, 1200 square foot home boasts two master suites, with a king bed in one room and a king bed in the other, 32'' HDTV, private full bath, & access to the second floor balcony that has views of the Atlantic ocean. Downstairs you will find the third full bath, smart TV, sleeper sofa, dining table for six, a breakfast bar with four bar stools, a second balcony with lush foliage views, washer/dryer, & a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. Whip up your favorite tropical drink and have cocktail hour on one of the private balconies, relax in the private hammock, or relax at the heated pool or beach area. The ground floor offers parking for 2 cars and also has an entertaining area with a table and chairs and a Weber grill.

Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the marina, located in the calm waters directly behind the home (first-come, first-serve dock space and 1 boat per home). Looe Key is a short distance where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving in the keys, along with the best fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or opt to rent a boat from the nearby Cudjoe Garden Marina - a full service marina offering boat rentals as well as fishing, snorkel, and dive trips. After a day of fun, drop your gear off right at the house and clean the days catch at the fish cleaning station found right off the marina/pool area. Within a few miles, you’ll find several excellent restaurants, the only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away at Boonedocks Grille Restaurant. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions (see our owners map below for locations and descriptions!)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put ALL dirty towels by the washer.
IF you used the sleeper sofa couch in the living room, please put the dirty sheets and comforter by the washer.
Take out the garbage before you leave. Be sure to start the dishwasher before you leave as well so those are clean when the cleaning crew arrives. Thank you!

Our favorite activities are fishing, snorkeling and enjoying the Florida Keys relaxing atmosphere. We hope you will enjoy the home and beautiful Cudjoe Key area as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

What we love about the Florida Keys is the natural beauty and all the outdoor activities. We love the lower keys, but didn't want to be too close to Key West so Cudjoe Key was the perfect fit. We immediately fell for Sunrise Beach and all it had to offer in terms of amenities - beach, heated pool, dock, and marina. You don't even need to leave the complex to have an amazing vacation!
