Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and close to both Mt Snow and Brattelboro! House was immaculately kept, spacious, and gave us everything we needed for our annual friends trip
The house was amazing and the check out process was very simple. The fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our dogs, and the fire pit on the deck was great!
This is a wonderful house! It has everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out over 3 floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. Jake was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. Wilmington is a great little town. I highly recommend renting here!
Check in was very easy. Kitchen is well equipped. Just beware of the small water spicket at the kitchen sink. It is not drinking water, it is extremely hot.
The house was perfect and comfortably accommodated two families for a fun ski weekend. The house is beautiful and clean and has such a great layout. The kitchen is the heart of the home and is so well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and bedding are like being at home! Great location, huge back yard, and access to Chimney Hill Clubhouse gives you everything you could want. Enjoy your stay!
This property was a short distance to Bennington College which we attended for our granddaughter. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of space to spread out on the 3 floors and the kids loved having a movie room. Hiking around the area was also a hit. We had a peaceful and enjoyable short weekend. Thank you Jake for sharing your home with us.
