You're just approx. 3 min walk away from the Balboa Beach, where you can have fun in the sun, sand, and surf. (Even the Pier right out back!) No hassle with charging your Tesla - we have a private 2 (*car) garage and an EV charger for you. Stay connected with free WIFI, do your laundry in your own washer/dryer, and use our beach gear. We have bikes, chairs, umbrella, toys - everything you need for a great time.
