I would give this property 6 stars if I could. It’s one of the best equipped condos that we’ve stayed in. It is tastefully furnished; beds are very comfortable, bedding is high quality. Both bathrooms are great, towels are plentiful, and the one detail that I appreciate is the black washcloth to use when removing makeup at night; that is one detail I only find in high end hotels. The kitchen is a dream for a short term or long term stay. I’m a cook and a baker and there is almost every small appliance available, down to the stand mixer if one wanted to bake. I’m only sorry that we weren’t here long enough to use the slow cooker, blender, stand mixer and hand mixer, electric griddle and gas stovetop griddle. Truly a well equipped kitchen. Great location in Silverthorne; unit is on the blue river. Relaxing to open the sliding door and listen to the river flowing. A short walk across the street, you’ll find Target and the 4th street complex with additional restaurants. There is plenty of shopping, eateries, grocery store further up the road on the way to Keystone. This is the 3rd time staying in Silverthorne (2nd time in this complex, different units both times) and this one takes the cake! Owners have great taste from countertops to tiles. They built it right….kudos to them!Property management was communicative and checked in periodically. Check in/out instructions were very clear and easy. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property

One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. Quiet , comfortable, spacious. The river outside the back door is a real treat. We will stay here again if given the opportunity.

This condo was absolutely perfect! It had all of the amenities we would want. There was a slight issue with the heat in the master bedroom, but they took care of it quickly. We will come back!

Silverthorne Stay

Great property. The location is ideal and it’s a first floor unit! Very spacious for my family of four. The view from the patio was of the river. Across from a Target! The unit was clean on arrival and had everything we needed during our stay. Looking forward to go back.

A little piece of Heaven

Gorgeous and Immaculate property! This unit is literally just a few steps away from the Blue River. You can sit on the porch and watch the river rushing by. You can also sit in the main area with windows open to hear, as well as see, the river. It’s so calming!! Condo is minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and yet still feels secluded. Love, Love this property! I will definitely be back.

Great location, nice unit. Finding the unit seemed harder than necessary - we think the Unit # should have been placed next to the Parking space number in clear view. Outside patio could have been cleared of numerous webs before our arrival. Entrance door lock failed because of weak batteries - this required a service visit to remedy. We were also without hot water from 3:00 PM one day until 3:00 PM the next which was pretty inconvenient. When we called the property manager to inform them of the problem - they were already aware of the issue. Seems like they could have sent us a text or email as soon as they knew to inform us of the issue and when it was going to be resolved. We feel there should be some kind of compensation for this issue as it caused changes in dinner plans and activities during that period. We realize problems occur but when paying top dollar for vacation accommodations you have high expectations. We would like the opportunity to talk with someone about how this can be resolved. There should be a binder in the unit with owner manuals for appliances, we found the "City Market" discount card in a drawer the day after we had done our grocery shopping - that could have been noted in the binder. All said - we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again next year. This was our 5th year of staying in the Silverthorne area.
