OUTSTANDING Ocean Front, Working Water Front, Private, - 2nd house availab

This beautiful home is located less than 30 feet from the shore on Narraguagus Bay where one can sit and watch lobster boats, seals, eagles, and take in all of the beauty of life on the ocean.

When you are not enjoying the view and relaxing on the deck, you can enjoy a short drive (45 mins) to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Rogue Bluff, or local hiking. You will never be bored on your vacation!.

While visiting Milbridge you can dine at local restaurants (44 Degrees and the Milbridge House), take a sea tour with a local lobster fisherman, or have lobsters on the deck provided from the biggest and best lobsterman in the area!

The house is set up with a kitchen, entertainment room, a sitting room overlooking the ocean, large deck, 2 master bed rooms ( one with king bed and another with a queen bed), a pull out couch, and a kids room with two twin beds (and another pull out). In additional the house is equipped with all the cooking needs so that you don't have to eat out every night while enjoying the view at the end of the day!

The location is extremely private and off the road with a large lawn so that children have plenty of room to safely play without the concerns of traffic. Located on the property while on a walk to the shore, you will be able to pick Maine Wild Blueberries during the months of July and August.

You will not find a better location in Milbridge or Downeast Maine. Most people will tell you that this is a one of a kind location!

We have recently added a second new house (1 bedroom and loft with 2 kids beds) for extra family and friends. 2nd house is available for rent if you are looking for more room.

Our stay was incredible. The pictures don't do this place justice- the view is gorgeous. Beautiful sunrises, and watching the boats come in for the evening was fun. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the porch was a treat! Family dollar is just a few minutes down the road for any necessities. Not too bad of a drive to Acadia, and nice to have the washer/dryer on site. Private and quiet. 10/10, thank you!

This is a beautiful home with with everything you could possibly need. The back deck overlooks the bay and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises over the water. It was fun to just relax and watch the boats come and go. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Once we were there, we had no need to contact anyone, as everything was perfect for our stay. There were phone numbers provided in case we needed anything though. This is an amazing property in a quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for. I do think the listing should be updated to reflect the beauty of this home. I am currently the Superintendent of School in Bidderford, ME. The property was owned by my grandfather who once operated a sardine factory in the town of Milbridge. We have been renting this location for the past 4 summers and are currently adding a second cottage to the location so that people can travel with family and friends. My family and friends still live about a 1/2 mile from this location.

This property offers a view of working waterfront like no other!

What makes this property unique

The house offers a private setting on a working waterfront. I don't believe you will find a setting like this anywhere else. It is unbelievably close to the ocean and lobster boats.
