The owner is amazing we had an issue the last night he came and fixed it and left. He answered any question you had quickly. The only complaint I had was fans could use dusting and recommend bringing your own pillows. Overall clean, amazing vacation spot, and bed was comfortable.

I am the owner manager of this condo .I am A Christian who grew up in the mid west, served a tour of duty in Vietnam after working 35 years as a Boilermaker & retiring, certain family needs changed so we made the big move from Sullivan/Terre Haute Indiana to Panama City Beach, so now We call this home and can not leave here, living on the beach is paradise and very close to God's unchanged creation for me! This is our 2nd home and we live a few mins away from our condo, i have always enjoyed sharing my things with others, so i hope you enjoy what could be your paradise too! Remember my condo is not a party room! Is a wonderful place to relax, sleep and enjoy the beach!

Why they chose this property

My condo is available to sleep the most and cost the less! I pay $100 for cleaning YOU pay only $50,

If you're looking for an extraordinary combination of beautiful emerald green waters and a deluxe condo on panama city beach, look no further. People come to panama city beach for the pearly white sand, enjoyable year-round weather, championship golfing and excellent fishing.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, watch & hear the surf rise and fall, and engulf yourself in total relaxation that only this unit can provide! The beach will be the heart of your vacation, but the attractions near majestic resort will keep you busy for days. From shopping to snorkeling, or just walking the beach to the clubs and restaurants one way to the 2 piers the other way including pier park if you are a long distance walker!

I will consider responsible young adults as guest!
Bring your own family pic's for the fridge & leave one

What makes this property unique

Low Rates, Parking in the same building, 3 elevators just outside the front door! Gas grills on the pool deck, Wal-Mart and Sunrise Café & ALL American Dinner across the street Pineapple Willy's within walking distance!
