About this property

Dog Friendly, located Between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake with pontoon rentals

Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away as well as entrance to the new rail trail for walking ad biking.. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen beds) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for dogs. Which is collected outside of the VBRO app.

Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a Barbecue for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise. We also offer Pontoon, Kayak, and e-bike rentals. The rail trail is just 1/8 of a mile down the road, with access for biking, skiing or snowmobiling. Plenty of room to park your snowmobiles on the property and have access to miles of groomed trails.

Nice House/ greet location

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely comfortable home and a nice fenced in yard with a screen house and fire pit.. The location is very convenient to the Saranac/ Lake Placid area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property. Huge fenced yard for the dog, rail trail within walking distance, market/gas station next door, and a couple of restaurants within a stone's throw. Very convenient to all the tourist sites, clean and very comfortable. We don't want to leave!

Adirondack Vacation

Doug and I were so excited to travel this year to Ray Brook and Bike on the Adirondack Rail Trail ( which to our surprise was down the street from us.) The location was perfect. We spent time in Saranac and Placid will enjoying the scenery. Our host was friendly and informative. The Cabin was immaculate, stocked with all the necessary supplies, comfy cozy and just wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!
