Our host was helpful always prompt to answer questions. We enjoyed having a large dining room table for our domino games and all of us able to sit together at meals. The location is great as it was convenient to get to various places we wanted to visit. The 2 and 1/2 bathrooms had one tub with a shower and one walk-in shower. The walk-in was good for two of our group. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay - we had family in from out of town and just needed a place for them to sleep...the set up was fantastic with plenty of room to spread out. Location was great. The host responded very quickly to communication and the keyless entry system made check in and out super easy.

House is laid on very well, with plenty of beds, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas easily accommodated our 11 people. Nice sized and fenced back yard for our two medium sized dogs. Everyone really enjoyed the property and lots to do within easy driving distance.

This is a great home. Very clean, very centrally located, only 15 miles from anywhere we needed to be in the city. Highly recommended for a large group.

We attended a concert in Waukee and hung out at the house both inside and outside. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations, nice to have a garage to use for extra parking, back deck is nice to have as well. Good area with many places to eat in the area that are a quick drive away.

Nice place to stay for the weekend. House was clean and had everything we needed. 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Could improve the couch and dining room chairs for comfort, along with a few minor maintenance items (blinds, microwave handle…).

Great house in great location

Check in was a breeze and the space was great for our group of 5. All amenities were fantastic, the only thing that would be helpful was a few more pots/pans or mixing bowls in the kitchen. Outside of that we had everything we needed and quick access to shopping and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!
