The house was just as described.Plenty of room, clean, close to beach and town. Supplied linens, beach towels, toys, cooler, bikes, scooters, just about anything you needed.We loved the pool and hot tubs. Great neighborhood. Brian was awesome, checked on us to see if we needed anything. Our trip was great!

Our stay at this house was everything that we could have asked for and more. Plenty of space inside the house and by the pool area for a large group. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Wow, wow, wow! This place is awesome! You can hear the ocean waves from this home! Nice swimming pool, fenced in yard for the pups, fire pit, and hot tub. Very clean and lots of supplies provided. Brian is the best host ever and will go above and beyond to make your vacation absolutely perfect. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

The house is awesome, even better than the picutres. it has anything you would ever need so we were able to pack light for the trip down. I brought 2 younger kids who both had a blast and already want to come back

Everything was as mentioned and we had an amazing time. Town close beaches close and stores. We wanted a place we didn't have to leave or go far if we wanted to. Was perfect 😁😊⛱️

Perfect Location

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament nearby and not only was it close to the fields, it was close to everything fun in Cocoa Beach. We truly enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub and very quick walk to the beach. The property was clean and offered everything we could need. The property manager, Brian, was amazing and very quick to respond, which is overly helpful. We'd love to stay here again!

Hi Brian, We had a great stay! House was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. We had a three day softball tournament and a funeral To attend while there. The beach was a quick walk across the street, which I had hardly any time to visit . Bummer.!!I did however get to see the air show!! And it was amazing!! It flew right over the house! The mosquitoes were annoying! Maybe some standing water somewhere. All in all…It was a homey short stay. I had my family of four plus one of my daughters friend and two labs with me and they had a great time too.Thanks Brian!
