Island Time invites you to surrender to the slower pace of life, where flip-flops and swimsuits are your daily uniform, and the only thing on your agenda is to savor the beauty of the Florida Keys.



This home has 30' of dockage and can fit two vehicles and one boat trailer.

Price includes add’l charges including our $125 non-refundable processing fee and the cleaning fee.

The Cabana Club features a private sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Impeccably maintained, this span of private beach is a perfect place to lounge under a palm tree, soak up the tropical sun, or play in the Atlantic Ocean. For those who don't care for sand or the salt water Cabana Club offers a 65' long crystal clear heated/cooled pool that awaits you during those long hot days of summer and those cool evenings of winter.



Key Colony Beach is a beautiful walkable community. Take an evening stroll and catch the sunset or get that perfect beach picture at Sunset Park. Three restaurants are located within the island as two children's parks and a 9 hole golf course.



We know people love traveling with their dogs, we do too. Island Time allows two dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. We have plenty of dog-friendly places here in the Keys as well. Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center are just a few close by. If you are not bringing a pet, please let us know and we will remove the charge.



There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Coco Plum is a 6-minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 16 minutes away and Curry Hammock State Park is 10 minutes away from the home.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
