Great Vacation Spot!

This is a great spot for a family vacation—super clean house with an amazing fire pit/grill/ hot tub area in the back. Close to beaches and convenient for coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Accurate description from the owner—and communication with the owner was easy and always responded fast with answers to all our questions.

Perfect family getaway

Couldn't of asked for a better host then Matt. Perfect vacation getaway for our family and inlaws family. The house is huge with plenty of beds. In a safe and family neighborhood. A mile from the beaches, and a few miles from Mystic. We will be coming back next year, thanks again!

Perfect R&R weekend

This property was exactly what was said online. The property was in a perfect location as you had Walmart right around the corner, and you had the Thirsty Beaver and a pizza place literally right at the end of the street. We visited Watch Hill, Wakefield downtown, Burlingame State Park and Misquamicut Beach area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Memorial Day Stay

Matthew was an awesome host with a beautiful property. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach which was amazing and one minute away from Walmart! He responded extremely quickly when I had any questions and I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew! ☺️

Great Location

Your home worked out nicely for our weekend needs. We enjoyed the outdoor living space. The kitchen was not stocked very well for in house cooking and I felt that it could of been a little more clean. Cobwebs, dead spiders in bedrooms. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Ice

Its very quiet. Mr. Donovan is a quick responsive owner. But i believe it only accommodates 6 person, i check to see if couches turn into sofa beds but they did not. But besides that it was a great stay. Thank you.

Great property! We loved the outdoor area with the grill, outdoor shower, hot tub and firepit. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out with the family. The couches were surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Matt was a great host, very responsive and a big help when we found we left something important behind!Note that the keypad is on the back door by the driveway.

Very well appointed home. Everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of comfortable seating. Hot tub was nice. We successfully used the grill area. Split AC kept things cool.FYI, king bed is downstairs in basement. Folks with mobility issues may find the many ups and downs inside and outside challenging. Patio area gets pretty warm in the late afternoon sun. Still a great house! Do recommend for a clean, comfortable stay.

The property was great for a getaway with friends. There was plenty of room, basic supplies, and Matthew was very responsive to any requests. The property was close to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. It was clean and an adorable place to stay for the weekend. The hot tub was an awesome perk with a great patio set up too! I would definitely recommend staying here.
