Conveniently located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, it features breathtaking views of the ocean, direct private access to the beach, large oceanfront balcony, spacious comfortable bedrooms, all new stainless steel appliances and generous amenities.

To get to the beautiful sandy beach, simply walk two flights of stairs or take the elevator one floor down, the private gate is just around the corner. Walk 100 yards south to enjoy a delicious meal or drinks on the patio of the famous Coconuts on the Beach. A popular surf fishing destination is just a short walk away as well. Or stay indoors to enjoy a breezy night and watch the waves from your balcony; you may even catch an occasional rocket launch!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a ceiling fan, a second bedroom with two single beds (can be pulled together), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free phone and WiFi internet access. The condo features natural stone floor and new carpet in bedrooms, sound and hurricane-proof windows. Linens and kitchen utensils are provided.

The small 22-unit complex includes a swimming pool and an underground parking garage. You will also appreciate our completely pest-free environment (unlike most properties in Florida).

Cocoa Beach offers the finest vacation experience for the whole family, from great beaches, surfing, fishing and golf to unique attractions like the Kennedy Space Center and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, Brevard Zoo, and a vibrant nightlife. DisneyWorld and Orlando's many theme parks are also a short drive away.

Beautiful View!

This property is just as listed including the view. There are a few things that could be updated but overall very nice. We had a problem with microwave and it was addressed within the day. We stayed for 30 days and would book again.

The rental was above average and I would rent there again. Konstantin was most helpful. I recommended a few upgrades that would have made the stay a 5. Dishes and the utensils plentiful, beach access, secure garage and food and bar within walking distance. Uber service reliable.

Beautiful Views and great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this Condo. We had everything we needed including hairdryers and air freshener. The location is excellent for walking to a number of great restaurants and bars. Beach access was easy. The shopping cart in the garage was very helpful in getting everything from the car to the condo.

Great beach front view from balcony. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Nicely furnished. Only minor concern was the bed in master was slightly hammock like but not terrible.

Right on the ocean!

The condo faced the ocean and was just steps away from the ocean, which is what I wanted. The condo was dated but very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Konstantine was readily available any time I needed anything. Underground parking was awesome. The condo was within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, which was great. We enjoyed our visit, and would rent this unit again.

Great location. Management was nice and very responsive. Unit was clean.

Great beach access. Nice lifeguards are right out front. Condo is a classic but in decent shape. Unit was very clean. Couple of things need to be fixed. Beds and couch were comfortable. Over all much better than staying in a hotel. Just be sure to stop at one of the close beach stores and get beach towels, umbrella, cooler and chairs and sun/skin products. Publix is right down the road for groceries. Cocoanuts is right door. Grills, is a short drive to the pier. Best seafood/fresh. I have been there many times when I lived there. Kelseys, is a very close Italian restaurant. I have eaten there many times as well. Greek salad is awesome as well as pizza and calzones. Ron Jon’s surf shop is a short drive as well. The condo allows you to park in the bottom garage as well. Lastly, buy soap, shampoo and of course tooth paste and plastic cups. Paper plates are a good idea as well. Coffee machine is in the unit. A couple of cases of bottle water and other drinks should be on your list. You will get some very nice family pictures to remember your trip to Cocoa Beach, Boardwalk condo.

Nice Beach

The Condo is in a great location. It is across from Historic Cocoa Beach which is filled with Restauraunts and Nite life. Very Close to stores and anything you could need. Nice size building, just 22 units. Highly reccomended.
