We really enjoyed our month long stay in the cottage and plan to come back again! The property was spotless upon check in and very thoughtfully designed for guests. The location cannot be better for beach access and close enough to walk to town if you choose. A big thank you to Bren (property manager) for her prompt and professional communication!

This is the guest house behind the main house which is facing the pool, so you are not facing the pool. Also there is a big construction going on between the beach access and the main house and access is not easy.

Kailua Sunrise Magic

This is such a special property, we were so happy to find this listing! The Cottage is awesome, we absolutely loved the location. We have been going to Kailua for the last 3 summers and plan on staying at this rental again. The owners and property managers are great people. They are very responsive and make sure everything is up to par.

Perfect location for a relaxing beach gateway!

**Title: Perfect Beach Getaway – Clean, Safe, and Wonderful Host!** We had an incredible stay at this beach cottage! The location is unbeatable, right on a prestigious beach with easy access. The cottage itself was spotless and felt very safe, which made our stay all the more relaxing. We also really appreciated the en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. The host was fantastic—always responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, too—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful, worry-free getaway in a prime location, this is the place. We can't wait to return!
