Why they chose this property

This is a small upscaled So. Cal beach town neighborhood. Warm, peaceful, convenient, friendly and lively . So many of activities that would fits everyone's needs including the little ones.

What makes this property unique

My house is centrally located (walkable )to beaches, restaurants, shops and neighborhood parks. The house was newly built. 15-20 mins from SOFI and DTLA. 10 mins from LAX.
