Perfect boating property, features 35' concrete seawall, dock posts, fish cleaning table, cleats and swim ladder. Interior features laminate wood flooring, central air conditioning, stack washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher with kitchen and dining open to the living room. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with full bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with access to the hallway full bathroom. For additional sleeping, there is a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. This home is beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings and is open and bright with high ceilings throughout. Additional amenities include FREE WIFI, ceiling fans, gas grill, 2 bicycles and outdoor patio furniture. Pet friendly, please refer to Venture Out pet rules.

Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance.
Check-In Instructions: Check-in time is 3pm on the first day of your reservation.Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date.
During times of high occupancy, there is no guaranteed check-in time. The Venture Out Office or the Guard Shack (after hours) will have your name, unit number and check out date. Your unit will be OPEN and CLEAN upon your arrival. The unit will be supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, as well as 1 trash bag in each trash can. All of our homes are fully furnished with linens and house wares.
