This is a basement apartment, as indicated in the description. However, the instructions for accessing the basement are unclear. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive, with no landscaping. You can park one sedan along the street, but when we arrived with two sedans, we encountered some parking difficulties. There is an additional parking area available, but it's on a slightly elevated ground, making it suitable only for SUVs. It can accommodate two SUVs. This apartment is not ideal for a family stay. Portable AC units are placed on the floor inside the apartment, which is not evident in the photos. Due to being a basement, there is minimal natural sunlight.
Additionally, please note that there is another rental unit directly above. On our second night, around 1:30 AM, we experienced significant noise disturbances, with loud voices, music, and footsteps, which disrupted our sleep and led us to cut our stay short. The bathroom is very small, with limited space to store clothes. Overall, this place is acceptable for a one—or two-night stay, but it's not suitable for a family stay with kids.
