One bedroom and one bathroom are also on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second level. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the rooftop deck.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. three vehicles.
