Very clean with fresh paint, Living area is cozy with fireplace and additional patio room for entertaining or extra sleeping with 2 twins and 2 futons. Kitchen has new appliances with full tools for cooking meals. Direct TV in living room. Bedrooms and patio room have internet sticks for your favorite streaming.
Outside is so chill with a view of the mountains and partial view of Douglas Lake. Enjoy your brand-new hot tub. House has access to boat launch and dock for your boat and jet skis in summer months. Brand new Electric vehicle charger installed. Less than 10m to shopping, gas and food. 15 min to Dollywood, 20 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg. High Speed Wi fi. This neighborhood and area are just so beautiful, calm and quiet yet close enough to town, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg when you want or need to be in the hustle and bustle or it all. We chose to host our small home because we just can't part with it due its cozy charm. So why not share with others the joy of spending time in the area.
