The locks need changed for it was very difficult to enter the home, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, we ran out and had to use kleenex for our last night. My friend didn't like there was no live tv. She likes listening to the local news. Other than that our stay was great. The house was clean had most everything we needed.

This was a perfect place for my husband, adult son, and I. Location was great for us to visit our daughters. Being able to walk to their house and to King Soopers was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the space for 3 adults especially having laundry since this visit was part of a longer trip. The Smart TV allowing us to login to our own streaming apps was a perk that you don't always get at hotels. Living room chairs are so comfortable and nice in the summer to have the AC units. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in Fort Collins as part of the anniversary celebration for my parents. Communication with the host was great and check-out procedures were very easy. Also for elderly who can't walk far, the parking is right next to the front door which made accessibility great. Would stay here on our next visit!

Perfect location!

Place was perfect for parents weekend. Close to campus and it was nice to have a place to park. The place itself was surprisingly larger than we thought with a great sitting area and basic kitchen area. Beds were comfy and we loved the electric fireplace in the fall. Would recommend!

Overall, it is an adorable and comfortable place! Near a busy road, but quiet inside. Nicely appointed and decorated. The exact address was never sent. I knew where it was because I live in town and had seen the location. (My Mom and her husband stayed there). But I was looking in messaging for the location to give my sister the address and couldn't find it. The step down from the kitchen is quite big - a grab bar there might be good for older individuals. Thank you!
